TCC is governed through the role of an Elder Board; a group of Godly men who provide spiritual oversight for the church (I Timothy 3; Titus 1:5-9). Being an Elder, an under shepherd of the chief shepherd, Christ Jesus, is a privilege and sacred responsibility. Because leaders are called to a higher standard and will be judged more strictly, we ask all the Elders to commit to a scriptural based covenant, which is a voluntary agreement to commit to live by Biblical attitudes and practices that foster unity, love, and respect for one another and the congregation.
“Let those who lead do so with diligence.” Romans 12:8
